Zone Application Deadline Extended to 6/10

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I am working today on Zone applications.  I am organizing to send all to Zone Head Coach Norman Abril, so that we can start to know what the applicants look like; begin verifying times and be ready to make selection decisions in another 10 days or so.  

 

This is where I am asking for everyone's help over the next week or so. We need to make sure EVERYONE is aware of the time line for applications.  Do not want to miss anyone or have anyone miss an opportunity to participate, if they qualify.  Following is the breakdown of received applications to this point:

 

11-12 Girls=7 

11-12 Boys=6

13-14 Girls=6

13-14 Boys=4

15 & Over Girls=2

15 & Over Boys=4

Total Apps=      29

 

*We have 8 spots in each of those 6 age groups (48 total athletes)

* Application deadline is Friday, June 3rd, BUT I am extending the deadline until Monday, June 6th.(That leaves us with 2 good meets to still qualify-N. Palm Beach & Pine Crest Meets)

*Cost for each athlete will be $500.00 + $100.00 for the provided team meals=$600.00 required deposits before traveling.

We are doing well in receiving the applications, but with the Memorial Day long weekend upon us, I am afraid that now the next 10 days will go by fast and people are apt to forget this with the holiday; school year finishing & summer plans taking over.
